My passion for travel started at an early age- I attribute this to 1 where I was born - Longreach (Qantas birth place) and 2 when my parents said "YOU SEE YOUR OWN COUNTRY BEFORE TRAVELLING TO OTHERS".
They then took us 4 kids on a journey around the top of Australia to Perth where we lived for a few months. We then headed back across the Nullabour.

When I was 8years old we moved to Brisbane.
A few years later we lived and travelled around Tasmania.

At the end of school I travelled to New Zealand for the 1st time, since then I have been back a few times.
At the age of 20years old I left Australia to live and travel around Europe. Destination I travelled during this time - UK, Ireland, Scotland,France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland,Turkey, Egypt, Jordon,Israel, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic - lived 6 months, Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Belguim, Netherlands, Italy, Greece, America , Gibraltar.

I lived in London on and off for 4years- some of these destinations I have been back to a few times.

I then embarked on an extensive (2 1/2years) independent trip through Africa. Starting in Gibraltar through Morocco, Mauritania and Western Sahara, Senegal , Gambia, Guinea Bissau, Mali, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Cameroon, Kenya, Uganda (lived 2months) , Ethiopia (lived 3months), Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe (lived 9months),Swaziland, Mozambique,Namibia, Kenya, Tanzania, Botswana, South Africa (lived 4months).
Some of these destinations I have been back a few times since.
I returned to Australia after 6 1/2 years and took a course in Travel and Tourism.

Since then I have worked for Kompass Travel - specialist in Greece and Eastern Europe - 1year in Brisbane before heading to Sydney, Qantas Holidays - 7years and St Ives Travel - 2years to today

Whilst working in the Travel Industry I have travelled to America, Canada, Alaska, South America (Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Argentina), Central America (Mexico, Guatemala, Belize), Cuba , Pacific (Vanuatu, Fiji, New Caledonia, Cook Islands), Sweden, Denmark, Finland, former USSR (Moscow, St Petersburg), Japan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia.

As you can tell travel is a passion of mine and my family! This year I plan to take my children to Tonga to swim with the Humpback Whales!
